Carolyn's personal journey seeking senior care resources for her aging mother opened her eyes to the complexities many face today. She understands the overwhelming options, the need to evaluate different environments, and the anxiety surrounding the desire to ensure safety and comfort of loved ones. Her experiences with frustration and resilience fueled her desire to make a meaningful impact.
This led to the creation of Just Care, where Carolyn strives to infuse empathy and kindness into senior living placements, raising the standard of professionalism in the pursuit of quality care for everyone.

Since the early 1990s, Jeff Weisberger has been committed to assisting individuals with their housing needs. He specializes in 55+ communities, giving him valuable insight into the specific needs of older adults.
In addition to his real estate background, Jeff brings over 15 years of experience in placing individuals with mental health challenges into appropriate assisted living and treatment settings. With excellent listening skills and a compassionate approach, he offers both empathy and expertise in helping seniors transition into residential care.
