Hello,

I'm Jeff Weisberger, co-founder of Just Care along with my friend and colleague, Carolyn Hamilton.  Thank you for the opportunity to share more about my personal connection to senior care with you.

I didn’t set out to build a company in the senior care space—it found me.  My grandmother lived to be 102 years old. Over the years, I watched  her move through every stage of aging: starting in independent living within retirement homes and care communities, transitioning into assisted living, and eventually requiring specialized dementia support.  What stood out wasn’t just the longevity of her life, but the complexity  of the decisions along the way. 

I saw firsthand how overwhelming the process could be—even for a  close, supportive family. The system wasn’t designed to be simple. It was fragmented, emotional, and often reactive instead of proactive.

Just Care was created to simplify the complex senior living process and offer families what my own needed during those years: clarity, guidance, and genuine support.  At its core, the mission is straightforward: Senior care, made simple. Senior care, with compassion.
